Need suggestions for my Blogs!!!

I have started few blogs & the following three blogs are my favorite: http://mkmoneyonline.blogspot.com/ http://beautyailmentremedies.blogspot.com/ http://1-pic-1-day.blogspot.com/ My question is...Some of my friends say that the templates of first two blogs are very dull. What do you think? Do I need to change the templates? If you think I should change the templates, can you suggest some links where I can find some good templates (free)?
