There are a million method's to beat stress, there are millions of stress pundits across the country, in fact you will come across many such advice dispenser's within a mile of your residence. Some will say got to a doctor, take some pills, watch comedy serials, discuss your problems, watch a movie, exercise etc... the list is endless. The more you keep trying the more you fail, because too many cooks spoil the broth. However, there is only one formula which will help you out the best, just wipe that frown from your face open the curtain's and let the sun come inside, keep your shoulders straight and keep a big smile on face as if you are going to conquer the world. Stress is a byproduct of negative thinking and self pitying so stop thinking negative and just think positive. In the beginning you will find it a bit tough but gradually you will feel better. Also, do not try out complicated things to beat your stress just keep it simple. Best of luck, i hope you beat the hell out of the stupid self inflected infection called stress!.

If you love animals, looking at them can actually help you destress. For me, observing the activities of my hamsters will amuse me and cheer me up when the weather is bad. Yoong Kheong http://www.wecaretuition.com http://earnlittlecashonline.blogspot.com
