What is your motivation?

What is it that keeps you on your weight loss track?
Do you have support from family and friends?
A certain outfit you want to wear?
I have a picture of myself about a year ago and I look so bad in it that I stuck it on the fridge. Every time I walk by it or go into it I want to cringe. It makes me rethink if I really want to eat that.

Well I'm still looking for the thing that will keep me motivated! I had my son almost ten months ago now and I weigh more now then I did one week after he was born. All my bad eating habits from pregnancy have spilled over into everyday life...
I constantly look at photos of myself back when I was a sizze 6-8 (US 0-1 I think???) and now I look in the mirror and want to vomit.
Any ideas?

I'm going to have to put a photo on the fridge too - I think that's the only thing that's going to do it for me. You never feel the way you look in photos, that's for sure.
I have three big motivators to take the weight off, and get serious about it NOW. One - I'm just plain unhealthy, and I know it. I have a beautiful three-year-old daughter that I need to set a better example for, and I want to be around to see her grow up. That's my biggest motivator. Two - we're going to DisneyWorld the last week in September, and I want to be more comfortable in my own skin by the time we make that trip. And three - as soon as we get back from Disney, there's my ten-year high school reunion. EEK!! It may be vanity, but I'd sure like to look a little better for that...
So, there are my motivators. Hopefully they'll be enough to keep me on track through the spring and summer!
