unfair work ethics in the workplace

I work in the sales field, specifically furniture sales. In some instances you will find people who seem to do real well and seem to posess a certain finesse at their craft, but for the most part, customers will buy what they want when they want. I have been at this craft for about 20 years and feel that I do fairly well using honesty as my launchpad. I tell the customers what I feel they need to know, even if it is on a negative note about the item they are checking out. It has worked well for me.As I said, people will buy pretty much what and when they want, and it doesn't require a great deal of salesmanship.I was appalled to recently find that my company had adopted a different pay scale for the part time employees. The problem with this is that the management made it lucrative to work only part time. Now I am a middle aged man supporting myself my wife, and several grandchildren. We have a YOUNG HIGHSCHOOL GIRL that dresses a little on the revealing side and as a result, her sales are very good on the days she works (the weekend) when our sales are at their best. The result is that this girl winds up with paychecks that are sometimes much higher than mine. The company rather than having an even playing field has created a situation where if you are cute enough, sexy enough, borderline promiscuous enough, that their paychecks are larger than the full time professionals. Now if I could wear dresses shorter and blouses more revealing, is that now ok? Even worse, the boss hangs all over these girls.
