How do you leave comments at PostSecret?

Nearly every week, there will be comments under a few of the postcards on the site - but how and where do you leave these comments? Granted, it's not often that I see something I really want to comment on...but it's irritating nonetheless, that I can't find a place to comment. Does anyone know?
