It turns out that DHARMA has to do with Buddism. If you go to this website you will find some good info

The song Shambala by the Three Dog Night that played while Hurley and Charlie drove the van refers to DHARMA.

OOOOMMMMMMM....sorry i was meditating on this concept. Your link led me to a site that at first was not helpful...then i did a search on shambala and came up with the lyrics of the song by three dog night. I read the lyrics and do not see where it refers to dharma. So then i did a search on dharma and got a site on hinduism and meditation which reminded me that i needed to meditate on this issue in order to understand this issue more thoroughly but then i got LOST. Oh wow, i found the show! Ok, i guess they are related. And now I have a headache. lol
