Do you rate discussions?

I try to rate everyone I respond to or even read. I rarely give a negative rating unless that poster has said something to just up their post count or something that has nothing to do with the discussion.

Yes i rate the responses i get. Whichever i think is the best among all i rate that one. But usually i rate only good rating and not negative rating because if we give negative rating then people will lose their money.

i really try to but it is hard for me to remember since ive been in too many forums that dont have that "rate the discussion/responses" thing in those sites, im not used to doing it here. but when i look at the box, that says the rate, than i rate, whether the discussions or responses are really good.

I rate for those responding into my discussion, the discussion i read which is really meaningful and also the good topics. Those who always post more than three line almost get rate (+) from me. I never give bad rating to those responder even they insulting me because i really respect their thought. I believe here is the place we can share our thought freely since it's in public. I just assume it as a manner, individually behaviour. :)

I have rated when I have the time. I do not like giving negative ratings, that's just me but I do it when it's needed. By the way, do we get paid for rating people here?
