How are you dealing with your spending. Do save first before buying, or if you are planning to buy something, you apply for loan and buy then pay later? How do you manage your spending?

Oh I never like to pay in instalments or take a loan first to buy something. The idea of owing money is like a thorn in my flesh. I usually will make sure that I have enough money to buy a thing before I allow myself to get it. Apart for my apartment which I am living in which I have to in instalments over 20 over years, all other things which I would like to buy will require me to save up for it first.

We always save before buying. We do not apply for a loan just to buy something because it's not practical. You have to pay interest just to buy something you like. Except when what you want to buy is a house , which will save you the rent, or the car, which will give you the convenience, we might consider financing

i live by my means. i may splurge at one point but i make sure there's enough for everything not like i have to sacrifice a need for a want. i always save for a rainy day tho its really hard to save these days considering the prices of common commodities. i save for things i need before buying.
