I am currently level 34 and I am trying to get to level 40 so I can wear Rune. That's my goal. I also need to kill the dragon so I can wear the plate.

Check out zybez.net. It will tell you what you need for everything from quests to farming to selling things. Have fun!

it depends on the quest you are doing and the monsters you are going to have to find which will depend on what level you are. but there is a website called tip. it which tells you everything and what level you need to be on to do a quest.
