When we can upload photos

I have uploaded 4 images but I have not earned anything for uploading so I just want to know when and how much we receive for uploading images.

If you are referring to the images you have uploaded to your profile page, then I am sorry to disappoint. You don't get paid for those.
You are only paid for relevant pictures you upload with the discussions you started, and the responses you make (when you reach 500 posts).
