How long search engine will publish our site or blog?

After we submit our url to search engine like google,yahoo,msn, altavista and etc, how long we must wait to that url will publish at their search engine.Any one have any information and experience about this thing? Please share with me.

Unless you choose the paid option, it can take anywhere from a few days to weeks or even months. But ultimately their robots will still crawl to your site even if you don't submit your url. So don't worry too much - in fact I am concerned that anything that gets there cannot be removed... that easily.
