Anybody got payout from 1-800-mail.com?

Some introduced me to 1-800-mail.com. The offers are not bad. They credit 10 cents for watiching etc. Then there is 2 cents pay to click ads. But someone told it is a scam? I went through the list of scam sites. One particular person makes a list of sites which he believes scam and advises others not to venture into them. Instead he suggests ome other sites. The list he upated in december 2005 contains 1-800. I thought if the sites sustain for 2 years, someone is still active in that. I want to know whether anyone ever got a payout from 1-800-mail.com. Please inform.
