How to get Stronger Nails???

My Nails keep chipping off as they grow a bit bigger! It i svery depressing to see such big nails chip off! Please give me suggestions to get stronger nails please..

Calcium always helps your teeth and nails, so drink more milk and it might help.

I use this kit I bought from the mall. If you buff your nails and shine them daily it supports nail growth. Don't file them daily or you will damage them. Just buff and shine.
