I'm thinking about eventually going to school to become a chef. I am wondering what are some of the best schools for this .and Is anyone on here going to a culinary school ? I was going to jobcorps and I learned some from there but I'm really wanting to become a real chef with my own resurant and everything you know . Or at the very least work in a good one . I would also like to look into becoming a food cater.
