hello my friend's how to maintain the health and dite in summer lot of dehydration is takeing in my body now what have to do plese give me any suggestion!

drinking water as possible as .necessary thing is used to diet food and u should take fruits more and more......

hi my friends ur question is 100% right ..i think beyond this that we need to more diet food in summer as like,u should take green vegetables,juice of different fruits,one thing is more necessary to prevent from dehydration is drinking water in excess.....

Well with summer approaching, it is hiogh time that you change your diet to fluids. You will need a lot of fluids to keep your body from dehydrating. You can start with fresh fruit jucies in the morning (you can have cold). Cold stuff in the moddle of day could lead to a bad cold and sour throat. On the other hand during mid day fill yourseelf with lots of fresh water (note the quality of water you drink). In the evenings you can have lots of deserts and icecream etc.

drink lots of water, don't eat fried food too much and eat fruits and vegetables to get lot of nutritents since if you drink a lot of water you will be loosing a some nutrients in sweat and urine. Also avoid sugar cold drinks i.e. Coke. I like to drink lamonade in summer.

Well friend you have to drink lots and lots of water but remember that you shouldnt drink water as soon as you come from scorch heat. You can also have fresh juices which will make you body cool :)

In summer you can eat lots of fruits like grapes,watermelon,sugarcane juice,lemon and orange juice,butter milk,water,icecream,vegetable soups.
