A normal human being should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day,but according to season the amount can be changed.

The recommend Number of water as far as i know it is 6-8 glassess daily. Of course that depends on you. like in my case im very fond of dringking water especially on summer season because i tend to perspire more. I would drink around 12-15 glassess of water daily. Others think that ive got something wrong wuth my kidney and i would tell them that my kedneys are OK so nothing to worry about me drinking lots of water. Regarding that topic whether too much water can dissolve nutrients in the body. i suppose its not true.

8 glasses a day is enough because other intake to your body could be in the form of taking a bath and drinking other liquid such as coffee, juices, etc. so I guess this is what I can share.
