i mean that the paying system here at mylot basically depends on which one of the following: 1.a quality response 2.a big response i sometimes feel boring to respond to a discussion thinking that how much money would i get for it.

Once it was strived and made to work hard for good responses and quantity in response. After it was stream lined the objective to honor good value for the response was gone. Now it is dry. Response worth a cent only. Calculate yourself by observing given number of posts.

Do not think about the money, think about the interest that you have towards the discussion that you want to respond to. Yes quality is better than quantity and not "big" responses, but at least 2-3 lines or sentences. I mean to think of how much you'll get paid for responding, it'll not more than $0.02-$0.03 a response. Just have fun and do not think about it.

This is a group or forum where people discuss matters, sometimes of a complex nature and sometimes just basic things in life. Mylot is not holding a writing competition here. Quality depends on the way a reader looks at it. But quantity is valuable to ensure that you have actually worked at your response and not responding just to add some cents to your account. In fact you have to add sense to add cents.

i dont agree with u that u said quality depends on the way a reader looks at it. if this is true then the word "expression" would not have existed. a person who responds to you has some feelings in his response and a reader cannot jugde his feelings or expressions. but ur last line is fantastic i mean it is appreciable. the line is as artistic as u r. good job! and thnx!

It depends on both of them, A Quality Response is responsible for getting you a higher rating by the people who read it, this way if your rating increases indirectly your earnings will also increase. On the other hand a big response is directly responsible for your earnings, more you write the more you'll earn.

I don't think anyone REALLY knows how mylot pays out. It's all speculation. I try not to post short responses, but it isn't hard for me to go for a few sentences at least because I love to talk. there are other sites that will pay you per post, but i find that those sites are not nearly as well planned as mylot. they also have really boring threads, lots of yes/no chocolate/vanilla type ones.

may be they r boring i hv never tried such sites except mylot. its the best in her(mylot)business/profession. and yes it is planned. as far as i know they pays for a quantity response instead of quality one(may be). tnnx 4 the response

in mylot everyting works well....but no one knows how they give money...for the quality or quantity ... in my opinion i think quality matters a lot ..because i can respond saying a lot of things...that are for the reader useless...or a waste of time.. but if you write 3 lines you get less than someone that writes 15 lines..that's sure ...that's why you have to try to respond to the discussion which you like most....so that you can write a lot with a high quality... i usually try to do it...but sometimes i just answer with three lines...because i think if i write a brief post which is good is better than one that is 15 lines..which is quite boring..;)

yes exactly while responding one should be thinking of that how the starter of that discusiion will be moved by ur response and wat effect ur response puts on that discussion. so,respond to the discussions from ur interests so that u can write a quality as well as a quantity response. thanx 4 ur response

gud but try to answer in more than a single line. and also advocate in a more described manner that why it depends on both of them- (an eg. which u hv written here)

Hello adivisor.... Quality counts more. Merely posting discussions or responses that are just a few words are against mylots policies, and will more than likely be removed along with anything that might have been earned by them. Quality discussions will generally get more responses thereby earning you more. Tom
