No One Drifts To Success

What is success? How does one move towards success? Some magical words that were once said to me were 'If you have a strong belief in yourself, in what you are doing, and what you want to do, no adversity is too difficult to overcome'. These words were said after the person told me that, if I wanted success, I must first decide on a definite goal and put into action a plan that will take me there. In doing so, I will stop drifting along in the river of life, but will be heading somewhere with direction. Imagine if Columbus was to just drift along at sea with out a direction, he would not have gotten lost and founded America. What do you think?

Fantastic question NB, what is success? Success to me a a feeling, a journey and a commitment. Magical words... do you refer to the Law of Attraction? :D Anyhow, if you have a goal and an an action plan, most likely you will still fail. Why? There is no motivation, you need to know WHY. "Shi Ming Chung Zao Ming Yun" - Meaning Destiny Creates Fate, when you defined your destiny. You create your fate, there will always be obstacles to steer you away. If you watch yourself and correct yourself frequently. You will get to where you want to be. When you are prepared (Ti Li, Ren He), you wait for the timing (Tian Shi). Your Fate is in your hands...

Some old saying proposed that destiny is predetermined, and the fate that you pursue will just lead you to your destiny. So fate becomes your 'shu ming'. Nice to hear from you ski.

Success i think not in our hands... it is true hard work, patience and being consistent are the key things for being successful but you ever think soemtimes with all our efforts, aims, goals and with all the good qualities we becoem fail to achieve our aims and goals...why?? because this is our fate who comes across our every action. sometimes we got our dreams without any plans and action..and soem times we do lots of things but dont get it. so for me priamrily, success is all upon our fate...and secondarily on our effort.
