How do you know if you have comments to your posts on other people's discussions

So you guys have been doing this for a while on MyLot and I'm new to this. I've know when I start a discussion I can easily check if someone responds, but how do you know if someone makes comments to something you said in response to someone else's post? Does my lot send you a message and a link or do you just have to go back to your comment and check it?

Yes you have to go back and check it to see if someone resoponded to it . If there is an easier way , I have never come across it yet and have been on here for over a month now .
