On weekend I and my husband will spend our time together to have supper with some of our friend. How about you, do have time to go out with you spouse without the children.

How old are they? I'm afraid I have trouble understanding how anyone could go out and leave their sleeping children alone in the house. What would happen should they wake up and find no one home? What a fire? There are just too many things that could potentially go wrong.

It seems I may have misunderstood your discussion. I assumed by how it was worded that you waited till your children were asleep and then went out leaving them at home alone. Sorry for misunderstanding. I have known people to do this though and it is a very scary thought!

Why I you hopping for the worst. Its not a crime to have a good time sometime althoug you have a big responsibility. Offcourse I would not leave my children just alone when potential I see danger.

My question to you is this. Do you have someone home watching the kids? My husband and I will go to the neighbors after the children are asleep, but I have a baby monitor that works at her house. I also have my parents that live downstairs. But yes, we have gone out after they go to sleep, that seems to be the only time we can go out together.

this is a little different, you are just next door and you have a monitor, you could be there within a minute.

Not to worry my mom is sleeping with them. Cause this is the time that we can spend our time together. Other time we are with the children or at work. I can't leave the children alone by themselves. I understand how you feel I am a mother your know.
