What is the hardest thing you have ever encountered as a computer tech?

Many techs in this world, have to deal with something that bugs there mind think about the first time they have dealt with. Say when a desktop that was displaying on a monitor was upside down. What would have you done? Stuff like that. Tell me what has happen to you as a tech of technology or in this case, computers.

the 1st day I started working for Dell Computers..5 hours for basic PC install/backup/data transfer which didn't happen cause Dell sales screwed the customers in saying me the technicians could do anything, but that is NEVER the case

its the newbie users, that's hardest. even you tell them what's really going on, it's hard for them to understand what you're talking about. you'll look like you don't know what your doing as a tech when you encounter a client who's always complaining and not listening.... tc
