I always have retched recently.what shall I do?

Recently,I always retch.I don't know why.
At first,I thought maybe I have a bad stomach.
so I saw a doctor.
But the doctor said to me:your stomach is OK.
check other parts,there is nothing.
My condition is always like that.
What shall I do?
