prayer or wish?

when you were a child, would you wish for a toy or would you pray for it?

One does not pray not for a material thing, and this learned lho from child, if I wanted a toy, I was asking for my parents, it if they were otherwise buying it OK doing without.

there is one thing you should understand in prayer you get what you want but in wishes you are trading on the unknow grand

no..i never wasted my prayers on toys - i just asked my parents flat out hahaha.. my sister did though.

Of course i wish for it, but i do know how to pray, its just that when your that young, if you want something and its hard to have it , you just have to wish for it.
