I sort of have a problem. See i really like cheese and i eat it with pretty much every meal. Now alot of my friends, parents, ect. have been telling me that i am ADDICTED to cheese. Is that possible, and if so, how do i stop eating cheese.

Cheese is not addictive. It's ok to like cheese. My boyfriend is the same way. He has some kind of cheese on everything. If you like cheese don't try to make yourself stop eating it just because you eat a lot of it. If you like it so much then that just makes it your favorite food. Indulge.

I guess you can be addicted to just about anything. Although I can't see how eating excessive amounts of cheese can harm you. I mean of course you can get fat from cheese and eventually develop a heart disease, but the same goes for about all foods that we eat. in fact cheese is a healthy food. It is rich in calcium plus it makes you feel full with only a small amount. How do you stop eating cheese? I guess you've got to master enough will power to just quit eating cheese.

I think it maybe possible. I fone can be addicted to any and everything else then so why not cheese? I love cheese to but not at every meal. I don't think that much cheese is good for the digestive system.
