I think that counseling is a tool to resolve issues related with some kind of blocks which have created problem with any concerned person/ individual. Mostly counseling is used in mental stress as well as to treat some patients of anxiety or any kind of schizophrenia to open up avenues for them to come out from their mental ailment with a cooperation of the counselor. This work is highly recognised with counseling! Do you think that due to this fast life style and uneven, imbalanced processes of living has created new oportunity for counseling and it is not able to fulfill the need of society? Do you feel the improper understanding of the counselor regarding the need of individuals as well as society? Or do you think that we people have not understood the real meaning and work area of the conselor and counseling?

It seems to be about right. Because of the stress of modern living and because there are no real answers, people just think when they go to a counselor it is just someone to talk to about their problems. I do think when someone has schizophrenia, however, that person should see a psychiatrist rather than a psychologist because his need requires medical help rather than just talking. I think that the reason people need help is because they are afraid to talk to others, and what they have remains bottled up and in order for it to be brought forth, they do need a trained professional to help them resolve their problem.
