Being the best person you can be?!

Do you set goals for yourself to grow as a person? Are you always trying to improve yourself to be the best person you can possibly be? Do you each day try to work on something to better yourself? .. Whether that be setting a goal to argue less with someone you may know.. Getting rid of the things or people you find help to hold you or set you back in life.. Whether that be trying to talk less negatively about yourself.. Eating healthier or exercising more often to stay healthy.. Or.. Knowing when to or when not to speak out.. Standing up for yourself more & what you believe in.. Just a few examples to give you all when it comes to setting goals or trying to improve yourself.. Are you the type of person who is wanting to better themselves each day that passes you by? .. Or do you just feel comfortable the way you are currently in life? I'd love to hear about whether or not some of you set goals for yourself daily or on several occasions. Or if you are just comfortable with where you are at already? I'd like to hear about some of the goals you had set for yourself as well to be the best person that you can possibly be.. I try to do something every day to accomplish something that betters me or my life. Mostly the goals I have been setting is to do less work, since I am a workaholic I tend to spend most of every second working in some manner, so I set this goal in order to get out and enjoy things more. I also have set a goal to exercise more, heaven knows that I need to lose some extra poundage. Those are about the only two things I have set for myself, since that is all I need to work on. My personality and who I am has always been kind hearted, so there isn't much I can do that would make it any better. Well that I can think of at the moment.
