I have started a new project in my company Solair LLC focused in selling shares of aircraft and administering the operation in Colombia , South America . Fractionals are not known here and I am looking for sample master agreements (Ownership, interchange, and administration ) which I can modify to our legislation requirements . Our regulatory entity (Aerocivil) is shifting towards the FAR´s and normalizing its regulations which are OACI .
