Is anyone out there good at making splash pages?

I have a page that I would like to use to give my members their own custom splash page, but I don't know how to do it other than to send them the page I have and a read me file with instructions on how to copy it and change the links. If you know of a better way to do this, and would be interested in helping, please add me as a friend and pm me. Thanks, Becky
