Did any of your dreams ever came true?

I include here childhood dreams..That one question we were all asked "what do you want to be(become) in life?"..I always answered that I want to be a pilot..but I ended up an humble artist. But..I always dreamed of having someone dear beside me(we all have prototypes)..and now I have that someone beside me. What was your dream? How did life turned out to be for you?Which path did you choose?

Well my first dream was to finish college (I FINALLY finished last year, being a single mother and working full time) GOOO MEEEE!!! then persue my career climbing that ole faithful corporate ladder...2 weeks ago I was offered a job within my company and I start Monday!!!!! Of course now, I have more dreams..lol...I want a house...So with saving and looking around hopefully that dream will come true within the year :) Also, another dream is to be blessed to watch my son grow up into a man and watch him persue his dreams in life and continue to instill positive morals and values... Of couse the last dream is to make more money and be secure..I don't think I'm being greedy, just smart to "be all that I can be" hehehe Lastly, I dream that I one day hit the 50.00 mark at least one month in Mylot *smilin*

I remember a couple of dreams coming true. One dream was that the woods were set on fire across from my Mom's house. In a few weeks it happened and burned some of our property. The next was a dream I had that the boss left town and forgot to write our checks. The next morning was payday. Sure enough he had gone out of town and forgot about the checks.

uuughhhh...where did optimism go? Too much negativity ruins your Karma. Think pink! I wish you to sleep well from now on,and have a beautiful dream (like you winning the lottery jackpot). Thank you.

I heard a ROAR here..I was wondering who can it be...:)) You wouldn't have manage the doctor for humans.Noo!don't make that face and let me explain first why. It's becouse you have such a sensitive nature that you wouldn't stand so much pain around you.You would've gone crazy from all the suffering.Doctors are making a great job for human kind, but they have to be exactly what you are not : cold. I think you turned out more than fine:you have an affinity toward nature..and nature suffers also. You,my friend, have the power to nurture..and you just pointed the best direction you could go. I hope I made myself understood,I don't want you to missunderstand (and feel offended) becouse of what I just said. Thank you for sharing your dreams and thank you for choosing the best way to fulfil them.

My greatest dreams as a child were to live somewhere other than where I grew up, and to be healthier than I was as a child. Both of those came true. I do still have some health problems, but I've learned to manage them better, and I don't have to spend weeks at a time in the hospital like I did when I was young. And I'd say moving from Kentucky to Michigan is sufficient in that other category. It takes a lot of effort to visit my family, or for them to visit me, and that's just the way I like it. =P

I always wanted to be a writer, and tried on several occasions to write a novel. As I grew older I put aside the dream and had to get on with real life but the dream never went away entirely. Now I am a lot older and with time on my hands sometimes, I think I would like to try again. Who knows, maybe this time I will succeed

I always refer to myself as Joseph because everything that happens to first comes in my dream. Most of my dreams come true including that of other people. If i start recollcting them, this space will not be enough.

Yes, but it was more a nightmare. Or was it? In technicolor are the dreams I am to remember. Firstly flying on Pegasus in the night sky, fantastic. Next scene being attacked while climbing a black tree by a black horse. Was a warning relating to a job I had. I left primarily due to stress. I didn't listen did I, kept pushing and pushing myself. I usually don't recall dreams, I say I go too far away to be concerned with them. So the ones I do remember I take notice of, cause they usually are telling me something.

Well, I think I am one of the lucky ones. Ever since the first time I've written a line of code (when I was nine) I knew I wanted to be a programmer :) And now here I am, people actually pay me to do what I like. Ain't that great :) And I have another dream came true, I recently bought my own flat, I dreamt about owning one since forever. And now here it is :P

I had a lot of different dreams when I was growing up.I dreamt abount being a pilot as did almost every boy when growing up. OK I'm not a pilot now, but I'm very close (I say that only to comfort me), now I work as a steward. I'm not piloting a plane, but I work on one. So that dream didn't came true as I wanted, but it's OK, I'm happy with my job. I hope that the other dream about being rich, famous and powerfull is still waiting to happen somewhere in the future :)
