15 pounds lighter!

I have now lost a total of 15 pounds now!! All I am doing is eating better and doing my regular exersize. I have to admit though, most of my recipies come from "Eating for life" and the book focuses on eating well balanced meal and eating 6 times a day. I am so happy!

Well done Cateyes!!! You deserve praise indeed and thank you for telling us where you get your recipes. I think that could be very helpful to me. Keep up the good work... I'm sure you feel so much better for it. Brightest Blessings.

Oh wow that is wonderful, I started eating better and going for a walk everyday, I bought a set of scales and started a book on weighing myself and measuring my waste as suggested on The Oprah show one time but I have not lost any weight but then I haven't put any on but you are doing fantastic....
