cats and catnip

do you give your cats catnip? and have you ever made catnip tea? I have heard it is very relaxing....

Yes I given my cat catnip. I purchased fresh from a farm outside of town. I'm out of it now will visit the farm again this summer. Pounce has a tartar and plaque control catnip flavored. I'm using it now.
