My friend has been working in a reputed company for quite some time now. All was well, untill one day his PL calls him up to tell him that his performance levels were below acceptable ranges. That was when he realized that he was having a problem focussing on the task at hand. His PL was actually surprised, coz he knew my friends calibre. And when my friend started performing below par, frankly his PL was stunned. My friend was quickly shown way out of the project and he's been sanctioned 1 months long leave. My friend had a problem concentrating on his job. A particular task that was given to him took such an unimaginable time that he was quite embarassed of himself and offered to resign. But on the insistenceof his PL , and of course, due to lots of faith, he was sent on a long leave to relax. Now he's back home trying to think what went wrong. I suggested him to consult a psychiatrist. He obliged.
