Do you get the "you are in a que and an operator will answer your call as soon as one is available" when you ring to make enquiries??? 25 minutes holding and then when they answered, they wanted to redirect me to another number with about 7 mins. wait!!! For pete's sake!!! They obviously didn't want my business! Oh well, see if the opposition can do better tomorrow!! Has anyone experienced this?

Yes Eagle have experienced this quite often and become annoyed at the music that is being played while I wait, and wonder if they have listened to it themselves lately as the tracks sound well worn! lol Or you get the recording that says your call is in a waiting queue and they will get to you as quick as possible, 15 minutes later they are still saying the same thing!
I personally have better things to do with my time, (like being on myLot) lol but unfortunately if you need this service you either have to wait or start the process again a little later but there is no guarantee that you will not go through the same thing! Bring back real customer service I say! It does not take much!
