Are Sky in the phone scandal too?

There is a show on Sky Sports called Your on Sky Sports, it is a football phone in show, with premium ate telephone number and premium text line. Now this show is aired at around about 10pm on most weeknights, but is also repeated in the morning. On the repeat of it, they are still advertising their phone and text number. I dont think this is really allowed, as you have no chance of getting on, and they dont edit it or block the numbers out. Even the presenters are saying call in. I think this is disgusting, as some people would be oblivious and phone in. with no chance of getting through as its a repeat.
