My husband sometimes got drunk

some people do drink and get drunk and often this isn't a problem. Sometimes though people can't actually do without drink and have to drink each day or once they start they cannot stop. Also some people cannot work because of drink or become violent and spend all the housekeeping on drink. If that happens then this is an illness and you would nt be able to stop him on your own, he would need help. If you think he is sick then you might need to speak to a professional about the help you could get if needed.
