Adsense Account Suspension

Have any of you ever had Google suspend your Adsense account?
If they have, what do you figure might have been the primary reason for the suspension? What program did you use that caused the suspension?
I hear that if you use certain programs to boost traffic to your site- that in some cases, Google will suspend your account.
