My skin is so dry ...what can i do to overcome it?

since my skin is that much dry i dont even where a shorts when i am going out..

when you have dry skin, i suggest you avoid using products with much fragrance on it like soaps and lotions. use lotions and soaps which contain lots of moisturizers. apply lotion twice a day, once in the morning and once at night before going to bed.
