my longest sleep is 9 and a half hours.after that i felt a pain in my head.maybe i overslept

yes, i feel that pain in my head, too, whenever i extend my sleeping hours by not getting out of bed although i am already awake. there are times when we do not get up, yet already we are still very much awake right, neenasatine?

when i am sick and then i take some medicines to be able to get to sleep, i've had my longest to be somehting like 14 hours or so. i cannot give you the exact number of hours. i am sure that it was for more than 12 hours. my mother told me so.
