Hi, I am disabled so I cannot give as much energy to my garden as when I was more fit, but I do some gardening every day. All I have is petite yellow and orange marigolds. I live in South Florida. What is your favorite easy flower to grow, please? Thanks a bunch!! smile

I like bulbs because you can plant them in containers and they will grow year in and year out. Also perennials are easy to grow especially diasies. In Florida I used to grow the bouganvilla and let it spread on a fence with hardly any work on my part.

I like your advice to grow bulbs in containers. I have to buy some containers which are not too large because I cannot lift heavy things. But I really like your idea and I could keep them in the back garden area until they bloom, then move them to the front porch so my friend and I can see them when we go in the front door. We dont have room for bouganvilla, but I do love it and it is blooming all around this neighborhood right now. Maybe I can try some daisies also. Thanks a lot for taking the time to write. I really appreciate your help.
