Do you hide your personality?

Some people hide there personality. Its true! When in public they act different but when at home or somewhere where they can have attention, they act all different. Am I right? Why is this?

I do that... I'm not at all the same person when I'm at work / with my family / with my friends / with my GF. It's a natural thing I guess.

Same here, I act different around different people...don't know why. I guess you must be right, natural things....

I am not sure if people are hiding their personality when they meet someone for the first time. I believe that you are just a little reserved when you meet someone. You are getting to know them and they are getting to know you. I think after you have been around someone for awhile your true self is revealed.
