Most of the time I think of myself as very logical and calm person. And than all of a sudden my "world is falling apart", I am miserable and I act like a real BEACH. I don't want it and trying to control myself but actual reality is I am not going to calm down until I yell at someone (who is usually my husband). Then after yelling I instantly calming down. Of coarse, sometimes he deserves it, or he is the one who starts a conflict. But I really respect him and just hate myself for going off the line... Is there anyone like me here? Do you think it is bad? Do I need medication or smth? please express yourself, I am not going to be offended on anything.

Sometimes we feel so upset that we really let to have it all out. But let's not forget that sometimes we also have to consider other people's feelings. Besides, yelling at other people is not always the solution. Maybe you don't actually have to yell at SOMEONE. Maybe you can at nobody and nothing in particular. Just scream as loud and as long as you can just to let everything out.

You say that most of the time you are a calm person and then sometimes, suddenly your world is falling apart. I understand exactly how you feel. There are times when my life is going just as smooth and then the next thing I know, something happens to try to steal my joy. I am a very emotional person, but I have learned to center my world around Jesus, because, I can always count on him to be the same. No matter what else is happening around me, he is my stability. I can either pick up my Bible and read a comforting scripture or I can turn on my gospel music and listen to a song that reminds me of how good and faithful God has been in the past. Then I know that everything will be alright. Everything you need to know about life and how to cope is right there in the word of God. Just open it up and read and start applying it to your life. You will be amazed at what God will do.
