yes they can! But not all the men can cook nicely. What i know, when a men become a chef, then they are better then a women i guess. They have a creative skill which they can show in their cooking. But it's hard to find a men who can really cook!
Yes men are very capable of cooking. I know a few that can cook better than I can. Most men wont cook unless they are force to and some men still believe that cooking is a job that only women should do, so they refuse to cook or even learn.
I only know how to cook fried eggs. But it doesn't mean men can't cook. Just me. Most of the popular chefs are men - Jamie Oliver, Wolfgang Puck, Rick Stein to name a few.
