Kindergarten teachers

Are there any kindergarten teachers out there? How long have you been teaching? Do you find your groups of kids are getting tougher each year, behavior-wise? What are some great discipline tips?

I am not a kindergarten teacher but I am a substitute teacher who has taught in a kindergarten class. And their was this one kid who couldn't behave and he told the teacher's aide that it was not his mom's job to make him behave but that of the school and teachers. That is just the way society is going now a days, wanting the school to discipline and teach their kids to behave so that they don't have to. So sad!
