Do you love your neighbour????

Is there somewhere you can complain to? Here in Singapore, we complain to our "Town Council". Perhaps you can try reasoning with your neighbor... he might not realise he is being considerate? :P

I can't imagine living next door to someone that would act like that, even though I have one that is a real gossip. If I were you, I would try to get a videotape of this man throwing garbage and then turn it over to your local police. I think his behavior would change quickly after a visit from the police.

All of the above are fine and legal suggestions. If they fail, check Amazon.com for books on "dirty tricks" or "legal revenge". You'd be surprised at how much literature there is on the subject. One classic for annoying someone is to make a donation to a notoriously persistent religious organization in the neighbor's name, with a request for enlightenment. If you can afford it, make it a generous one. Include any listed phone numbers you may know, and emails, too. Have fun!
