someone have seen u naked accidently

I haven't been in any situation resembling that one but i keep having this recurring dream of myself being naked in front of many people that I get to embarrassed while trying to hide.

I was in the hospital and i had kidney surgery. I was sitting in a rest area. A female patient made a few passes in front of me along the hallway. She kept smiling at me as she walked by. My wife came back with the coffees and told me to fix my hospital gown i was showing to much. LOL! I swear this wasn't intentional, i'm no flasher. LOL! Take care Sumitchhabra.
