please answer me if you have an experiance in photoshp

a company sent to me a photoshop project , and i do not have experiance in this , but i think i can learn it easy , i can reply the company after a month , if i can do this project or not please tell me if the following project is easy or not , and how many hours i can do this project the project is: require alterations , paths and channels to be created at photoshop over 30 images . images are photographs of jewelry and apparel and require precise paths and channel creation in photoshop

I hope someone can help you, I am thinking of getting Photoshop but I have heard two stories, one that it is way too hard to understand and then someone else told me it is so easy, so I don't know ehat to believe...good luck
