Do you spend too much time at work?

Do you find it harder and harder to get home on time after a days work. Is there just too much for you to do day after day and it seems like there is no escaping it? Do you feel like you are in some sort of trap with no way out?

when i was working before i only spend like 6 hours at home for most of the day. I started to go to the office around 7:30 or even as early as 6:30 am in the morning. My office officially close around 5 and i will leave the office around 6:30 pm. I went back and get some rest, my shower and my diner before going back to office at 8 pm. I will stay in the office until 12 or even up to 1 am the next morning. This routine will start again the next day. My sunday mostly will be spent in the office for almost about 8 hours. I feel when i start my work, then i don't want to leave it until i feel really tired and sleepy that night. My office mate called my workaholic...

i actually spend too much time at work by getting to work an hour early as I need to wake myself up and get ready for another day. I can not help but getting up early and getting to work really early. I would like to sleep in a little more. There has been some cases where I have stayed later too but not many since I am an instructor and the students leave at a certain time and usually get caught up on grading before I leave. When we have reports that need to get done then I do stay late and feels like it can be a neverending cycle at times, especially when we are preparing for a major inspection.
