How do we protect child from sun?

I think that the previous posters pretty much covered everything: a really strong sunblock, a wide brimmed hat, I have even saw clothing that protects childrens skin from the sun at onestepahead.com , sunglasses is important to protect their eyes too.

There is a list of things that I make sure I have if I have to take the kids out in the sun. 1. Sunscreen - as high an SPF as I can find 2. Hats - this isn't an option, but an order! They can't go out without one. 3. Water - this will keep them hydrated better than juice or pop and young children should not drink sports drinks. 4. Common sense - if it is too hot we don't go outside
