What is your favorite kind of bread to use in sandwiches, French Toast, or other meals/snacks? I love most types of wheat bread. I would say my favorite is Wheat Berry.

I love a good sub sandwich. I make some here at home, similar to the way they do at the Subway restaurants. Nothing beats a good sandwich topped with delicious lunch meat, cheese, and veggies. Mmm...I am getting hungry!!

Well thank you! I had forgotten all about French bread! That is definitely one of my family's favorites too. We love garlic bread made on French bread too, either store bought or by putting our own butter, garlic, and parsley on top of it. Steak sandwiches are divine too :)

I love whole grain breads, especially those with raisins or cranberry and nut.

Those are very good made as toast with a little butter on it. But do you use those as sandwich breads too? Actually I bet a turkey sandwich on cranberry bread would be very good!

I love Potato Bread. It is so soft and rich, but still has fiber and other nutrients that go missing from traditional white bread. I don't think I've ever tried Wheat Berry. Do you make your own?

No, I don't make my own. It is just another flavor option from the grain selected breads. (The brand name is Natural Hearth.) It is one of the best wheat breads I have ever had! It is textured, not just a smooth wheat bread like a "brown white bread" I like to call it. I can find it at a local store for as low as $1.50 a loaf, which is almost unheard of these days. My kids love wheat bread too, so I feel they are getting the best nourishment than just eating ordinary white bread, like most kids eat these days. Although when I do have a craving for a white type bread, we love potato bread too. :)

I don't think I've ever seen Wheat Berry bread. Does it have berries in it? I love whole wheat bread and itailian bread. I think my favorite bread for sandwiches is 7 grain bread. It makes me feel like I'm eating something that's good for me.

Wheat berry is a grainy wheat bread too, very much like a 7-grain. (Textured.) No it does not contain berries-I don't know why it is called that! I have only seen it made from one brand, but it is very good!
