1987 alfa 33 1.5

since i bought the car there has been a funny noise when i decelerate, i had an exuahst system put on and now the noise (popping) is worse, i want to no wot this is and how to fix it, it now pops when i am ideling...

why didnt u comply when u found that noise in the car at first when u bought it?what made u wait?maybe it's a manufacturing error and the company should fix it..
